Nancy, thank you for helping me with this special presentation for Nancy Starr-Cassidy.  I want to make a confession.  In fact, Marcia and I have a confession.  We are big fat liars.  We have lied to Nancy Goins three times in the last year.  We keep telling her we need her to be in places because we have something for her.  So if people say I am a liar, we embrace it.  So Nancy [Starr-Cassidy], you can sit down; Goins, you stay here.
