Communication and Leadership Award At Fall and/or Spring Conference, District 3 presents the Communication and Leadership Award. This award is conferred upon a non-Toastmaster resident of Arizona who exemplifies outstanding communication and leadership abilities. The selectee receives the C & L Award at the Hall of Fame luncheon at the conference. Winter 2009 Communication and Leadership Award Recipient Lew Reese We recognized our Communications & Leadership award winner, Lew Reese. Lew is a radio personality and community servant in the Prescott area.
