Outstanding Club Member Program: Beginning in 2010 the Toastmasters leadership of District 3 will recognize one member from each club as an Outstanding Club Member. This singular honor is conveyed at the Spring Conference by presenting a special pin to the person, a certificate, and recognition on Friday evening during the banquet. The winner must be present at the conference to collect the pin. For those that cannot attend, a certificate will be mailed to them. It will be a truly memorable experience to receive recognition with fellow Toastmasters at the conference! Click here for a form
Hall of Fame Ceremony: Recognition at the Conference lunchen of all Educational Awards received since the last conference, including achievement pins and group photos.
Communication & Leadership Award : This award is presented to a non-toastmaster each year who excels in communication and leadership.
Speech Contest are held twice a year with winners moving from Club to Area to Division to District competition. District Spring International Winners move on to the International Conference and compete against others in semi and final competition to become the World Champion of Public Speaking.
