| Maintains an inventory of District equipment; ensures appropriate storage of equipment; maintains and stores resource materials for sale at District events; and oversees the catering needs at District meetings. Hospitality committee members are present at all District meetings to help direct event attendees, as well as setup, break down, and clean up the session rooms as needed. |
