Youth Leadership offers members an opportunity to work with young people, helping them to learn speaking and leadership skills they will need to be successful adults.  For more information about starting a program in your area or become part of the Youth Leadership team, please contact the Youth Leadership Chairman.

Speakers Bureau

The Speakers Bureau program offers members experience in speaking before new and different audiences.  District 3 provides a District Speakers Bureau as a community public service of the Toastmasters organization of Arizona.  There is no charge for these speakers when contacted through District 3 Speakers Bureau Chairman. Communication & Leadership Awards

The Communication & Leadership award is presented by District 3 to a person in the community who is an outstanding communicator or leader.  Nominations are accepted from any active members of District 3.  To submit a nomination, contact the District Governor.
