District 3 Toastmasters
International Speech Contest
Award Recipients

The International Speech Contest is a tradition at Spring Conference.  Contestants have advanced through a series of preliminary contests held at the Club, Area, and Division levels prior to the District competition.  The District winner advances to the Regional contest and competes for a chance to advance to the International contest where contestants vie for the title of World Champion of Public Speaking. Congratulations to these past District winners.
