Establishes programs which help in the recruitment of new or former members to Toastmasters clubs within the District. Committee members are usually recruited from each of the District Divisions, The committee prepares lists and scripts for phone calls and tracks results; collects division membership information; prepares charts and reports for the Lt Gov Marketing and other District officers; meets quarterly with the Lt Gov Marketing for feedback and direction; and develops a District marketing plan and schedule. |
