Bob is the rock upon which the DCP program is built in his home club. He elicits performance from every member. In addition, he has always been first to help start a new club or renew an ailing club. I would call him "Mr. Toastmaster".

She and new VPE Taylor immediately started working together to solve problems and pursue excellence. I know the club is in great hands under the leadership of this pair and they are setting the bar high for future club leadership. Thanks for your service, both of you!

For his HPL project, JD embarked on an ambitious project that was able to include a group of others who were able to use different aspects of the same event as their own HPL projects or as Success/Leadership modules to earn credit toward their ALS or ACG awards. His vision extended far beyond himself and I loved that about his project. Way to go, JD!

I had no mentor. Terry told me what I needed to do the minute I finished my first manual and helped me so I could get that ACL. Then he encouraged me to do something else and something else, ultimately encouraging me to get involved in District leadership as an Area Governor. Had it not been for Terry, I might not still be a Toastmaster or even a DTM. He is my hero!

When I was a new Toastmaster, I was only focused on how often I got to give a speech. Sally told me that if I wanted to be a great Toastmaster, I would focus more on evaluating skills than speaking opportunities. She was right. Evaluating is a great way to lead, serve, and (to steal from Tim's keynote), to invest in other members.
