In addition to the District Executive Committee, each District shall appoint Committees which will help achieve the Mission of the District, such as: 

• Marketing Committees focused on membership and Club growth goals, 

• Education and Training Committees focused on training District/Club officers and CC/AC achievement goals, and

• Administrative Committees to assist with the administration and operation of the District. 

Chairmen appointed to lead these committees are encouraged to use the leadership opportunity as a High Performance Leadership project under the guidance of an HPL Coordinator.
